These are solid, pure beeswax candles and NOT from rolled wax sheets.

They burn with a bright yellow flame giving off a natural, pleasant scent and unlike paraffin wax no smoke, soot or toxins. Beeswax is a natural substance with amazing properties and a pleasant smell.

All of our candles are handmade from pure beeswax and because this is a natural product we do not add or take anything away. Colour, texture and burning times may vary as each batch of beeswax is slightly different.

1. Firstly, you must notify us by Ebay messaging before you attempt to return the item.

2. The buyer will be responsible for the return of the product and any costs incurred.

3. The product must be in its original packaging and be unused/damaged.

4. A full refund will be issues APART from the cost of the Postage and Packaging upon receipt and thorough inspection of the returned item.

5. If you are returning an item, then we strongly recommend using Recorded or Special Delivery services to ensure that the item will be delivered to us safely.
