This is an A4 laminated chart with days of the week cards to put on the top. This chart is designed for use by children, young people, and adults as well as those caring for them to place on the activities or things that must be remembered for that day. It can be used as a timetable, a communication board, or a memory chart.

This will effectively help a person to make positive changes and choices for themselves: let them plan their day or for them to recognise and understand what is planned for them on that day. This can also be used to aid with memory loss or brain fog by placing cards on to remind the person what they must do or take with them. The chart will help the people using it to take more control of their lives and make independent decisions concerning their lives.

This chart can be used alongside our other picture cards, charts, and behaviour cue cards. This pack is great for use at home, nursery, school, care setting, club, or hospital. Think about ordering two charts and use them at other places the person needs to go regularly as consistency in identifying the triggers and behaviour is particularly important.
