Our Melbourne facility has all the stock that is listed, no drop shipping no non-sense, we only sell what we stock. From genuine motorcycle accessories to quality Japanese and US made aftermarket parts, we have it. We endeavour to ship your products as soon as possible to ensure you get your items on time every time.

We are here to help our customers and provide superior customer service. We have a no fuss and friendly approach with all of our customers. In an unlikely scenario if you have a problem with your item please contact us and we will endeavour our best to sort out any issues.

Returns

If your order arrives and it is not right, in other words, it’s our mistake, we'll resolve it at no cost to you.

Not happy with it? You can return any new, unused and unaltered item within 7 days of receipt of your item.

Please see the list below for things to avoid ensuring your return is accepted:

• If you are trying on boots or shoes we encourage you to walk on your carpet in your boots.
• Please use due care in checking parts for correct fitment before taking them out of the original packaging. Items will not be accepted once they have been removed from their clear plastic packages. You should usually be able to compare the new item with the old/broken item while it is still in the manufacturers packaging. We do understand that this is unavoidable in some cases.
• Any merchandise which has been "taken out for a ride" or taken out of its original packing for fitting etc. is considered used and cannot be returned.
• Returns may be subject to a 10% restocking fee where the original item was delivered free to cover the delivery cost

Delivery

We do combine shipping, please ask for the details. WE DO NOT MAKE MONEY ON SHIPPING & HANDLING AND OUR AIM IS TO PROVIDE THE FASTEST, CHEAPEST AND SAFEST SHIPPING OPTION TO OUR CUSTOMERS.

We try our best to get the item shipped to you as soon we can.

Points to note:

• This item will be shipped via Australia Post usually same day or the next business days of receiving clear payments.
• All shipping and handling times are in business days and we follow Melbourne holiday calendar.
• If you order after 7 am, orders will be processed the following business day.
• Aus Post delivery timeframes: VIC, NSW, QLD, SA & TAS: approximately 3-5 business days. WA, NT & Far North Queensland: approximately 5-7 business days.
