Coat Of Arms Winnipeg Manitoba Gold Toned Cufflinks.
This pair of cufflinks is gold toned and unsigned.. Nice quality i  think they are probably  goldfilled.
The card I found inside the case .. These were probably owned by Henry Baker who was a former mayor of Regina.
