This is a rare piece of sheet music for the song "MICKEY" adapted from MACK SENNETT's $500,000 photoplay "MICKEY" and dedicated to Goldwyn Pictures silent film star MABEL NORMAND, pictured on the cover. The legendary actress, comedienne and director was best known as the most famous of MACK SENNETT's performers at Keystone Studios and eventually his love interest. Their film careers and relationship were the subject of the Original Broadway production of the JERRY HERMAN and MICHAEL STEWART musical love story "MACK and MABEL" which played New York's Majestic Theatre. (The production opened October 6th, 1974 and ran for only 66 performances.) .....
