Item: King William IV Sterling Silver Tablespoon Fiddle & Thread 1830.  A wonderful large Sterling Silver Tablespoon made by prolific silversmiths John, Henry & Charles Lias on London.  The spoon has a highly polished silver finish in the wonderful Fiddle and Thread Design, had initialling to the top of the spoon.  Hard to find King William IV Duty Mark as he only reigned for ten years.  Would make a super gift.
