This is just a great original piece.  This is one of those rare books I have found in some institutions and libraries but not been able to find another example for sale anywhere.  Particularly the Edition De-luxe which was done in only an edition of 50.  A wonderful leather bound book with emabossed gold trim and writing on the spine, this is a wonderful example of the Genealogical history of American families from the early 20th Century.  There is no publication on the book but I believe it is done around the 1920s or so.  A large book measuring 14 x 11 3/4 inches it is in excellent condition.  Doesnt look as though the book was read to often, or even at all. The tissue paper over the title page has been torn.  It looks as though there the top right corner got wet at some point as there is there is some slight water staining to the upper corner of many of the pages.  Some of the pages you cant see it and others it is faint and is down into about the top third of the paper.  It sounds worse than it is.  Really not very bad at all.  Some other minor toning to some of the pages but nothing too bad.  The book has some wonderful original heralds of the families as well as historical view of family homes tipped into the book as it was created.  Really a great rare book.  Dont miss this chance.
