The upper material is an embroidered floral pattern over a fine looking mesh for pliability to fit the foot. There is also a leather trim - looks like PU leather.
From memory these were originally these were approximately about £100 new so a bargain,especially as they're no longer available. I've owned these about 10 years but never got round to wearing them.
The ribbon ties are cotton and approx. 25 inches in length so you can wrap around your ankles as desired.
