- For packaging our rugs, we are using shrink wraps which are %100 recyclable.
- All our pictures are professionally taken and are an original representation of the item, but there might be slight variations in colour depending on your screen resolution.
- We are using cotton backing for high-quality softness and to keep the environment clean.
- Due to the manufacturing material of the rug, there might be a 6% difference in the sizes.
Rug Care :
Your new rug may need a little attention before it looks its best. Your rug may have been folded to allow for easier carriage and shipping for smaller sizes.
We suggest you unfold it as soon as possible to allow it to begin settling. You may notice lines or creases in your rug when laying it out. These are completely normal and not permanent. Depending on the tension of the fold, it can take a few days or a week to completely flatten. To expedite this process, follow the steps below:
- Fold your Rug in the opposite direction as its current fold
- Hoover the rug
- Move furniture onto the rug and walk on it as you normally would.

Your order will be dispatched within same working day of receiving payment (Monday-Friday) and you should expect to receive it next working day after dispatch.
In the very unlikely event that your item is lost or damaged during post, then WE are responsible and will issue either a full refund or replacement.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
While returning goods please ensure they are well packaged and in the original package since the courier companies do not take responsibilities if the item is damaged during carriage. If goods are returned in dirty , damaged or without a package, no refund can be issued.
