I got my first Alex and Ani Charm Bangle last Christmas as a White Elephant Gift and got my second one in Las Vegas. Of course, I need odd numbers so I made one (please see picture 6). I went on a bangle binge and have made approximately 30 of them for the summer shows I was in. As I have sold out on all, I remade a few to stock in my shop now that the shows are over.
When life throws you lemons, you make lemonade. This Sleeping Beautify Turquoise was a twin. They were to be a pair of should duster earrings. Well, that's where the lemons come in, it's twin broke as I was setting it. It happened over a year ago and I don't quite remember what happened exactly, all I know is I sounded like a sailor when it happened. This one, all set and perfect just sat there, staring at me, on my hutch. I decided to take him out of the setting. Success with minimal damage to the setting. I turned him into a gemstone charm bangle.
The two side charms are an crossing arrows and a horse shoe. The stone is a 19.29mm x 17.40mm and is accented with a twisted wire rope. This is a size large and I have medium size wrists. It goes on easily and does not fall off. I love the sound them make when I have them stacked. The inside circumference is 64.28 mm. The medal is Sterling Silver.
