Digitrax item return policy: We DO NOT accept returns for any Digitrax item that has been opened, even if you only opened it and looked at it. If the item is defective, the manufacturer policy (Digitrax) REQUIRES the buyer to send directly to Digitrax, not the place of purchase. This is clearly stated in the manual for the item, their website, and we show their policy in the photos. This is NOT our policy - it is a Digitrax policy that applies to every item they manufacture and sell regardless of what seller you purchase it from. If your item is defective, we will happily assist you with the how-to - BUT you will ship the item to Digitrax. If you fail to read this and open a return and send to us, it will be refused and shipped back to you. Sorry to be harsh, we are done taking the financial hit on Digitrax items because some people can't read or follow simple instructions. If the item was not opened and in the same exact condition as we shipped to you, we gladly accept your return and cover return shipping. Please note we do not refund original shipping charge.

Your shipping address: IMPORTANT!!

Combined Shipping: International

Combined Shipping Discounts: USA

• If we issue a credit for overpayment of shipping, we may deduct a percentage to cover fees we pay.

USA Shipping:

• We ship using USPS, UPS and FedEX.
• We may upgrade your shipping method at our discretion.
• Tracking is provided. Orders over $750 will require a signature per Paypal rules.

International Shipping, Customs Fees, Import Taxes and Duty:

• We ship USPS First Class International and Priority Mail. It's your choice!
• There is limited or no tracking on FCI or Flat Rate Priority Shipping.
• Allow two to ten weeks when choosing First Class International, but it's usually far less.
• Please Note:  Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. 
• These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
• Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these 
•       additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
• Don't ask us to falsify a customs form...We will not do it.

Insurance:

• We insure all International shipments and some domestic shipments. 
• Many services now cover the first $100 in shipment value.
• Our insurance carrier requires a 20 day domestic (USA) and 40 day International waiting period before we file a claim.
• You agree to wait the required time and agree to complete a online affidavit for the insurance company if we file a claim for your lost or damaged shipment. Shipsaver is our carrier and they provide excellent service.

• All orders ship same or the next day. In the event of an issue, we will message you via eBay message system.

Returns:

• No returns are accepted on opened items.
