If the address data is incorrect, there may be chargeable returns, which we must pass on to the buyer.

In the case of body parts (doors, bumpers, fenders, tailgates, etc.) you have to expect typical signs of wear (stone chips, small scratches), major damage is indicated in the description and recorded on photos.

You should assume that these parts need to be repainted.

 

Special / freight forwarding:

Parts that are large or bulky belong to the forwarding agency shipment, for example:
Bonnets, tailgates, doors, bumpers, fenders, engines, gears, axles. We absolutely need one for the shipping company valid Phone number (for the purpose of a telephone notification / appointment by the forwarding agent) under which the buyer or an authorized person can be reached.

Please check your telephone number and address stored on eBay in the purchase process for correctness.

1. The goods must be unpacked immediately upon receipt and checked for any transport damage.
2. Please only acknowledge receipt when the goods have arrived intact.
3. If the goods are not properly or arrived with a transport damage, please notify the driver immediately and have it noted on the receipt of the forwarding agent and only then acknowledge / sign the receipt. If the driver is unable to give you a copy of the note, please make a picture of it, if possible.
4. If the driver refuses to unpack or does not want to acknowledge the existing damage, you must refuse to accept the goods, even if it is difficult.

Same business day shipping:

Shipping takes place on the same day (if payment is received by 2 p.m.) (except weekends and public holidays) As soon as we can post an incoming payment, you will be informed via email on the day of dispatch. In this email you will also find a link for shipment tracking. The email will be sent to your email address on eBay.

Any applicable international customs fees must be paid by the buyer.

 

Self pickup:

Pick-up is only possible during our business hours (Mon-Fri 8 a.m. 4 p.m.). Pick-up location is D-32423 Minden OT Meißen, the exact address can be found in the ebay purchase process.

Please note:

You will only receive the spare part shown, unless otherwise stated in the description. Please do not assume that something else is included if it is not shown. The pictures are "originals" that show the actual delivered item. If several articles are available, the pictures always show the article with the most signs of use.

 

Seals, markings and seals

Some of our articles such as control devices (with computer software / programs) are provided with a seal to prevent the goods from being opened without authorization (the housing). In the event of damage to the seal, "in delivery condition" no longer applies and the claim for reimbursement or there will be a refund minus the loss in value.

This does not affect the usual test for the functionality of the control unit and the seal does not constitute an obstacle to the test.

The right of withdrawal for the consumer remains unaffected.

 

Withdrawals - Revocation - Returns

According to our cancellation policy, you have the right to cancel a contract for 1 month. You have 14 days to return / return the item. Please note our cancellation policy and terms and conditions.

The buyer bears the costs of the return acc. §357 para. 6 BGB.
