2003-2011 Lincoln Town Car headlights with three mounting point ballasts (35 XT5-2-D1/12V and 35 XT-D1/12V / 831-10009-044).
2003-2006 Lincoln Navigator headlights with three mounting point ballasts (35 XT5-2-D1/12V and 35 XT-D1/12V / 831-10009-044).
Will not fit headlights that use square 4 mounting points ballasts.
