DELIVERY TIMES

Any orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched the same day using the requested postage service,

 except orders placed on Friday, which will be dispatched the following Monday. 
Orders placed after 2pm will be processed the following working day.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted under the Distance Selling Regulations.

 Items can be returned within 7 days of receiving them. 

If you would like to return something please contact us for details.

 You will be given a within 3 days of the item reaching seller.

 Returned products must be undamaged and in original packaging. 

 If the reason for return is a faulty or incorrect item, return postage will be refunded (up to a maximum of 5.99GBP).

 Faulty items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery. 

However, if the item is not faulty or incorrect, then returns are at the buyer's own cost. 

Please note: If delivery is attempted 2 times without success, the item is returned to us by the courier. 

A refund or re-delivery request will incur a service charge of 5.99GBP.
