You have ""30 days to return"" any item back to us.
When we have received the product back from you we will happily give you either a replace or refund if the items are undamaged and unused.
But please inform us first within 14 days from you receive the item to whether you are going to return anything just so we are aware of this happening.
You are responsible to take reasonable care of the item(s) until we receive the item(s) back.

Please note we do require that:

- Customer covers the cost of the return postage (except for faulty or damaged items)
  * Faulty or damaged items(including missing parts): will be offered a FREE return label and a replace
- Any return required a refund, you are liable for arranging return postage
   And the original shipping cost we paid will be deducted from any refund if FREE P&P has been offered for your order.
- Items are returned within 30 days after the receipt of the goods
- Items are in resalable condition, have not been worn or used

Please ensure you obtain a proof of postage from the Post Office or a courier when returning your item as we cannot accept liability for returned goods we do not receive.
We aim to attend to all returns within 24 hours.
