Pinch roller tires are made of:

1.    Very special composite of MP ED+

2.    Enriched by special additives to make it resistant to the most of     chemical solvents

3.    Composite that has very strong UV factor resistance

4.    Composite that carries over 60 Shore of its hardness !!!

Process of manufacturing:

1.   Every single tire has been lathed on its original core

2.    Finally ground on a pulley for excellent Wow & Flutter

2.   There isn’t a single sign of its lathe manufacturing process left on the tire

3.   We only use very precise set of professional pressing heads    

Cores:

1.   Core bearings are made of self-lubricating sintered bronze.

2.   You’ll get the pinch roller assembly that is ready for immediate use
