PAYPAL
All items are set for payment through PayPal and this is our preferred method of payment.

DIRECT DEPOSIT
If you need to use Direct Deposit instead please send us an email and we will send you our bank details. If you are using Direct Deposit then you will need to place your name and eBay number in the reference. Items will be sent when the direct deposit shows cleared funds in the bank account.

PICK-UP
We don’t offer pick-up as a preferred method of payment. However we do understand that if you live in the next suburb it seems a little silly to be posting an article to you. If you live very close by and would like to pick-up the item then please email us and arrange a time, please understand that you will have to work around our available times not yours. All items must be paid for through PayPal before the pick-up as we run a legitimate business and do not accept cash.

PAYMENT TERMS
Three is nothing more frustrating than people buying items and not paying for them, or buying an item and not letting us know when they intend to pay for it. Ok, we understand that there is one dress left and you don’t get paid for two weeks so you buy it and wait until your payday to pay for it. The problem is that most customers don’t let us know when they will be paying for it and it sits there until we cancel it. Meanwhile other customers have missed out on the item as it takes a while to cancel and relist.
Because of this All items must be paid for within three (3) days of the purchase date otherwise the order will be cancelled.
Now in saying this if you really want something and have to wait until payday then let us know before purchasing the item so we can decide if that is OK! It is always best to ask first because we might have more of the items coming in.
The only reason we don’t have PayPal on instant pay is for customers who purchase multiple items.

DISPATCH
At Fi Fi Couture we understand that when you buy online it’s exciting and you want your item as quickly as possible. We dispatch all items within 24 hours of cleared payment via Australia Post. All items purchased Monday to Friday will be sent the next day and all items purchased on Saturday and Sunday will be sent early Monday morning, items purchased on Public Holidays will be sent the next working day.

EXPRESS POSTAGE
It is very important to us that you get your item quickly but if you need express postage please inform us at the time of purchase and we will change the invoice to reflect your request. Please make sure that you do not pay for the item until we can change the invoice and send you a new one.

MULTIPLE PURCHASES – COMBINED POSTAGE
If you wish to purchase multiple items then please press the “Buy it now” button on each item but do not pay until we send you an invoice that reflects the correct combined postage. If you are unsure about the postage charges for a combined purchase please send us an email so we can help.

FREE POSTAGE
All purchases over $100 will receive free postage. To take up this offer please press the “Buy it now” button on each item and do not pay until we send you an invoice reflecting the “Free Postage”.

TRACKING
All items will be sent with an Australia Post tracking number which will be sent to you at the time of postage.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT
We are extremely careful when packaging your items and make sure all items are properly wrapped before sending so that they don’t incur any damage in transit. If you do get an item that has been damaged in transit you will need to send us the details and photos to obtain a full refund.

ADDRESS INFORMATION
We ship to any Australian address linked to your eBay user account. The address can be either a primary or delivery address. To comply with eBay and PayPal policies we do not action any emails requesting address amendments. All address amendments must be updated in eBay by the account owner prior to payment. Please ensure that your address is correct as we want the parcel to get to you!

EMAIL CONFIRMATIONS
Just as an extra precaution make sure that you read and keep the order confirmations and updates that are sent to you via eBay.

At Fi Fi Couture we try and keep our prices as low as possible to ensure that you get value for money and we do not factor the cost of returns into our prices.
We try to give as many details about the item as possible and we size each item individually when it comes into our store. We need our customers to measure themselves and make sure the item will fit before purchase. A sizing chart and details on how to measure yourself are listed on each item. If you think it is not going to fit then don’t buy it as we don’t like disappointed customers and know how frustrating it is when you buy something, get excited that it is arriving, the item arrives and it doesn’t fit L.
We don’t give returns for customers that change their minds or if the item does not fit, but if it does not fit because we have sized the item incorrectly then we will take responsibility for this and give a full refund.
Describing an item is not always easy but we try to give as many details about the item as possible so you can get an understanding of the make, cut and fabric. If we use words like light jersey then the fabric is not a thick fabric, if we tell you that you will need to wear a slip underneath then the fabric is slightly see-through, we will tell you if the item has padding and if it can be removed, if the fabric has stretch, what measurements it will stretch to, if the quality is great, good or average and if the item is lined (if the item does not say its lined then it isn’t). Please read all the details of the item before purchasing and if you have any extra questions please feel free to ask. We would rather answer your questions than have a disappointed buyer.
Any items that have defects or are damaged will be fully refunded.
We have confidence in the information we give about the product and in the products themselves but if you are unhappy about an item please let us know immediately before giving any negative feedback. We will do our utmost to help as we want happy customers as happy customers are returning customers.

CANCELLING OR AMENDING ORDERS
Orders are actioned immediately and as such buyers are unable to cancel or amend the order details including product or delivery details once the order is paid for.

All our listings are in fixed price format and as such we do not accept offers on these products. All prices include GST and no additional charges. The price shown is the best and final offer.
