Returns
Returns are accepted up to 30 days from date of delivery. If you unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, we urge you to contact us first BEFORE opening a case. Our customer service team will work quickly to resolve any issues you may have with your order.
If you need to return your item, go to your purchase history, locate the order and then select return. Returned items should be in original packaging and include all items that were in the original package. Returns that are heavily used, damaged, or missing any parts or pieces may incur a restocking fee of up to 20%.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error on our part.
