If these were ever worn it was briefly, maybe just to try them on.
If you look very closely at the close up of the outsole you can see a few Very light scuffs.
I am not sure why there are random spots of silver on the insoles.

10" Point to heel - 3" across at widest (ball of your foot) - 2" across just before curve of heel
