Typical problems with EIS can be as follows;

1. When inserting working keys and turning the key, the instrument cluster will not turn on.

2. You have to insert the key multiple times and turn it before the Dash lights up

and the car can be started.

Here's how it works.

Step 1: Purchase the Listing from Ebay.
Step 2: Remove your EIS and KEY from your car. If you want the donor cloning service,
make sure to include a matching part number donor module in the package when you ship.

Print out the Service Request Form from the link below and include in the package with your Parts.

Package the EIS and KEY safely in a padded box with the print out.
Step 3: Ship the package to the address below;

Step 4: Send us tracking information for the package.

If you want to add an additional key to the order while the job is in our possession, please contact us on Skype to process ( $125 additional ). If a new key is requested after the order has been sent back then an additional key would be $185 plus shipping.

Once we receive your package, we will FIX your EIS, bench test the EIS and KEY for quality,

and Overnight the package back to you within 1 Business day ( Lower 48 States for overnight).

***NOTE*** If the Ignition switch has been repair before or tampered with, an additional service charge may apply.
