You just can't help but to smile back at this cat bell, it seems so happy and content. It stands about 6" tall and is 3" at the base. It hangs by a leather strap. The bell knocker thing says El Gato! on it.
It's painted with blue blue/green tulips. I think it's more for decoration, than to be used as an actual bell.
You could also just pull the knocker up into the cat and display it as a figurine.
