For Exact OEM 2006-2020 R6 gear ratio...   use a 16t tooth Front Sprocket /45t Rear
OEM Ratio is the Factory Honda Calculated best all around gearing, with the least amount of compromise on top end or bottom end acceleration


For QUICKER gear ratio (quicker off the line, quicker roll on's, easier wheelies), use a 15 tooth front / 45t or 46t  Rear Sprocket
(the -1t front sprocket change is versatile because you can change to the stock ratio size 16t with same chain,
Your highway speed cruising rpm's will be  higher than with stock gearing, and top speed will be reduced with QA ratio changes.




For  FREEWAY gear ratio (lower top gear cruising rpm's, higher top speed),
 use a 16 tooth front /43t (-2t) Rear Sprocket rear , OR 17t (+1t) front/45t (oem) rear
Your highway speed cruising rpm's will be  lower than with stock gearing, and top speed will be  increased,


For  FREEWAY gear ratio+ (even lower top gear cruising rpm's, higher top speed),
 use a 17 tooth front /45t (oem) Rear Sprocket rear , OR more radical freewar ratio 17t (+1t) front/43t (-2) rear (this +1/-2t ratio will be slow off the line)
Your highway speed cruising rpm's will be  lower than with stock gearing, and top speed will be  increased,

Original Factory Supplied OEM RATIO size sprockets are the calculated "Happy Medium" of off the line acceleration, roll on's,

 and reasonable high speed engine rpm's with the least amount of compromise on either top end or low end acceleration.
