Activating the scent:

1. Unscrew lid and remove stopper.

2. Tip the bottle upside down for 3-4 seconds to let the wooden top absorb a small dose of oil, this allows the fragrance oil to penetrate the wooden cover and release the fragrance.

3. Be careful not to shake too rigorously as it may cause spillage.

4. Once uncapped, keep product upright.

5. Whenever you feel the fragrance is too mild, give a gentle tip, so that the perfume oil permeates the wooden cover. 

Please note for clarification, you a purchasing a 6ml of the fragrance as mentioned in the title which has been decanted  into a car diffuser - NOT the full perfume bottle/ the bottle shown in the picture. The large perfume bottle is shown for reference only.

Returns

If you receive any items which are faulty or damaged (which were not advertised as damaged, unpackaged or no lid) please contact us to return the items and we can either offer a refund or replacement. At the discretion of our management, we may require photographic evidence to support claims for damages. If you wish to cancel your order please notify us in writing or by email within 30 days of the date of delivery and return all goods. Returned items should be sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class. We cannot cover return postage costs for Special Delivery or any courier service. Please ensure that you obtain proof of posting as items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the items reach our offices. In the rare event of a customer receiving an incorrect item, Burnt Oak Pharmacy will, upon receipt of the returned incorrect item, send the correct item and refund the return postage.
