Item will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48. We will aim to ship the item the same day if ordered before 2 PM.
We hope you are happy with your purchase, however if for any reason you are not happy with your item, you can return the item in its original and unused condition within 14 days of purchase. We are happy to refund you or exchange if the item is in stock. Buyer will pay returns postage unless the item has been delivered as damaged/faulty or due to other errors caused by us; in that case, the returns postage will be paid by us. Please contact us first before returning an item. Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
Please note due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer an exchange or refund on underwear unless received faulty or damaged.
