REFUSED SHIPMENTS:
If you refuse a parcel that you have ordered from our store, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package and the cost of the return. We STRONGLY recommend that you collect your parcel.
PAYMENTS:
We accept only PayPal. We expect payment within 5 days of sale. Item may be relisted if payment is not made within the allotted time scale. If we are notified of an issue, this maybe extended.
MULTIPLE PURCHASES:
We are willing to combine postage where possible, we may also offer bulk discount depending on the item/s, please feel free to ask for a quote.
RETURNS:
We will be putting a seal on the box. We will only accept the return if the item is not damaged and unopened. We do not accept returns if the seal is opened due to the hygiene reasons. We will acceptthe return within 14 days of dispatched date.
CANCELLATIONS:
We dispatch the orders within the same or 1 working day. Unfortunately, we will not accept any cancellation if the order is already dispatched.
