Lovely vintage solid silver sugar tongs . 

It is marked "830S NM" for "Norsk Monster" from Norway. The maker was silversmith Brodrene Lohne. 

The material is .830 silver, which is 83%, a little higher than coin silver content. 

This pattern is called "Dobbel Rokokko " They date from the 1950's or 1960's.

These weigh 16 grams and measures about 3.5" long. 

They are in nice vintage (pre-owned) condition/ the mark is robbed/ worn at one side / please see photos
