Chamberlain MyQ Universal Smart garage Hub MYQ-G0301-E Control with Phone. Bought and the condition is "Used". Opened up and noticed 1 mounting screw was missing.  Everything works perfect that I can tell.  I don't have a garage door so I cant test all the way. Connected to wifi and phone, and the base connected with the slave unit.  No manual but the box shows the app to download and it shows step by step.  Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.
