Shipping

  • All Standard Delivery parcels are sent via Royal Mail.
  • Deliveries will not be made over the weekend.

  • If you need to change address details must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order. After this time, we cannot guarantee we can change the delivery address.
  • Once we dispatched the order, the delivery address cannot be changed and you will be responsible for retrieving the parcel from the delivery address.
  • Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
  • A calling card will be left if you are not available to accept the parcel, or Royal Mail will attempt to deliver to a neighbour.
  • If an item is returned to sender, a new order will need to be placed to receive the items at your expense.
  • Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, we will no longer take responsibility for your parcel.
  • Please note: If a signature is acquired, the parcel will be deemed delivered and is no longer the responsibility of Decor And Decor or the courier.

How do I can cancel an order? 
- Please send us a message if you would like to cancel an order. We process all orders in the same day and once the item is shipped, we are no longer able to cancel the order. 

My order has missing items/parts? 
-If you believe your order has missing item/items, drop us a message and we will solve your problem as soon as possible.
