DESCRIPTION

Proportioning Valve

--This is a brand new chrome aluminum disc/disc universal GM style proportioning valve.

--It is for Chevy, Buick, Oldsmobile, Cadillac, Pontiac, and GM Trucks with aftermarket brake boosters and master cylinders.

--It will work on all aftermarket 7", 8", 9", 10", and 11" boosters with GM-style master cylinders.

--This proportioning valve is made from high-quality aluminum and is chromed for a beautiful shine.

--It is also a great choice for your disc front brakes and disc rear brakes!

Residual Pressure Valve

--Band new Disc/Disc residual brake pressure valve set (TWO valves).

--They are the 2-pound pressure valves (blue) for disc brakes.

--Input Threads: 3/8"-24

--Output Threads: 3/16" Compression fitting

--These valves are used with any disc brake application where the master cylinder is located under the floor.

--When the master cylinder is under the floor, it is usually lower than the calipers.

--Gravity and vibration can cause brake fluid to leak back to the master cylinder away from the calipers, causing a loss of brake pressure.

--These valves will act as a one-way check valve that prevents this type of bleed-back.

--Without it, there is a good chance that the brakes will drag or give out completely!

--These valves are an inexpensive and necessary addition to your brake system.

--This is for TWO valves, one for the front discs and one for the back discs.
