You purchase 5 decals, your cost will be about $2.50. You add the contents of a bits blister, your cost will still be about $2.50.
You add 2 standard size , lower value metal miniatures that are not assembled, your cost will now be about $8. You add a miniature that is assembled, expensive, and/or more than 19mm thick (such as a Terminator) or a rigid item such as a sprue, you are now upgrading to a 1st class mail package, $19.95, but can add quite a bit more for free, and so on....
You must message me and request that I remove items from blisters before you pay, otherwise you will be invoiced for a package.
