This great historic report is in overall FAIR condition. There is significant staining of the COVER and spine, but the internals are clean and everything is strong. There is a ton of very valuable information here. SEE PHOTOS. Everything is readable, and the map and diagrams / illustrations and stuff are good. There is a lot of life left inside this book.
