Marked 5515 C.C.C. Italy Heritage On Bottom. 

Hand Painted Blue tone colors& Yellow with an 
Eagle and a Flag Type Shield holding an Arrow.
4" x 5" 1 pound alone.

Condition is "Used" All good except for a Fleabite 
chip on bottom edge right side.
Not Noticeable looking at the front.
Hard to find,... I have searched for one like this to no avail.
