Glossy bright apple green leaves with cream margins, very healthy plants. Extremely resistant to salt-laden winds.

Griselinia littoralis is a hardy, dense, vigorous, evergreen shrub with glossy apple-green leathery leaves and small creamy-yellow flowers in late spring/early summer.

An ideal hedging plant that will tolerate coastal winds when mature, with an average growth rate of 12 - 18 inches per year. Responds well to shaping/trimming

 

Height : 3 - 4 mtrs

Spread : 1 - 2 mtrs

Position : Prefers full sun.

Soil : Prefers a moisture retentive, well-drained soil

Uses : Hedging, screens, shrubs

 

Planting:  Plant in a hole twice the diameter of the pot. Water regularly until established.

Trim to shape in early spring.
