This amazing ¼ inch (6 mm) thick belt was made from two pieces of high quality leather. It is a bullhide belt which is the longest lasting belt ever made or possible, that's why you may never have to buy another, and why we recommend it to all who want only the best (actually you can see and feel the difference).

Belt’s width is 1.7 inches (4.2 cm), thickness range is from 0.15 to 0.25 inches (3.5 to 6 mm).  

Our military belts are longer than the civilian because of the quick fasten bolt, come with one optional shoulder strap, and an optional ornamental stitch (thread) supported by a very thick 2 mm leather underliner (or a thin 0.5 mm underliner), which is first glued and then permanently stitched to the belt. During wear the friction generated by this underliner prevents the belt from sliding sideways, a feature the imitation belts don't have.

The shoulder belts/straps come in two sizes - Standard and Extra Large. Belt's width is 0.8 inches (20 mm), thickness about 0.12 - 0.16 inches (2.5 - 4 mm), its standard length is 35"-41" inches (89-104 cm, as measured from top edge of the belt), and 51"-59" inches (130-150 cm) for the extra large XL size, or please specify any custom XL length that you may need.

This ¼ inch (6 mm) belt will not fold because of its thickness and will outlast, by many months and years, any soft or composite (glued together) man-made belts.

In addition, the 2 mm underliner makes the belt close to 6 mm (1/4 inch) thick, which is ideal for carrying heavy items on the belt like tools or a holster, and because this underliner only extends to the first hole it does not interfere with buckling of the belt where it is about 3.5 mm thick.

The two buckles are either silver or gold. Silver buckle is a chrome plated metal alloy, whereas gold buckle is an imitation gold (brass) plated alloy.
