Express Delivery

We use DHL for express delivery options ( Highlands and Islands can be a two day service ). If ordered before midday on 95% of occasions you will receive your item the following working day, but please allow for up to 2- 3 working days for delivery. If your order is time sensitive please contact us to confirm that your order is fulfillable in the timeframe you require.

There are no orders sent out or delivered on weekends and Bank Holidays so Friday dispatches will usually arrive with the customer on Monday, or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday weekend, and Saturday/Sunday purchases will usually be dispatched on Monday, or Tuesday if a Bank Holiday weekend.

Saturday delivery is arrangeable for £12, except in Non-Mainland Islands where this service is not available.

There are surcharges for the following postcodes in the UK:-

£7 per 30kg Parcel to Isle of Wight & Isles of Scilly
£11 per 30kg Parcel to The Scottish Highlands and Northern Ireland - Postcodes AB 31 to AB 38, AB 40 to AB 56, BT, IV 1 to 28, IV 30 to 32, IV 36 & 40, IV 52 to 54, IV63, KW 1 to 14, PA 21 to PA 38, PH 4 to PH 41, PH 49, PH 50. (Some areas are a two day service)
£13 per 30kg Parcel to Non-Mainland Islands - HS, IV 41 to 49, IV 51, 55 & 56. KA 27 & 28, KW 15 to17. PA 20, PA 41 to 49, PA 60 to 78, PH 42 to 44. ZE. Isle of Man (IM). Channel Islands. (Some areas are a two day service)

Standard Delivery Details

These items are sent by Royal Mail Second Class post which usually take 2 working days, but can often be next working day, On rare occasions Second Class can take between 5-7 working days. All items require a signature at the given delivery address.

Not Being In For Your Delivery

If a delivery is attempted but unable to drop off because there is nobody in then DHL or Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for getting your parcel. On occasion, but not always the case a re-attempt could be made by the DHL service.

With Royal Mail, package will remain at their depot until picked up. PLEASE LEAVE A MOBILE NUMBER FOR A NOTIFICATION FROM UKMail WHEN YOUR DELIVERY IS DUE. With DHL the package will remain at the depot for a few days but if the customer has still not contacted them the item will be sent back to us. We are happy to send the parcel out again, but, because of charges levvied to us by DHL for returning non-delivered parcels and re-delivery costs, any redelivery of an order will incur a fee of £6 per parcel and £12 per consignment to cover these costs. If you decide you no longer require the order the original postage ( £6 per parcel ) and return costs ( £12 ) will be taken off the refund total.

Delivery costs will be taken out of any refunds when the customer has decided they have changed their mind about a purchase and are making a return. This is £2.50 for an order delivered by Royal Mail or usually £6 per parcel for a DHL delivery, although this may vary due to size of a parcel and/or certain delivery locations.
