Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
The item MUST be returned in it's original unused condition and in it's original unopened box with seals still in place. Please return it in the packaging box it arrived in to avoid any damage.
Refunds can only be processed once the item has been received back by ourselves and we are happy there is a fault with the item. We advise that all returned items are sent using a recorded delivery service as no refund will be given if the item is not received by us.
If there is a fault with the item we are happy to give a full refund including the postage costs to return the item to us.
If the return is for any other reason then the buyer will have to cover the cost of return postage.
