If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your
responsibility to inform us within a reasonable period of time, which we will typically deem to be 48 hours from delivery.
For jewellery items only, we accept returns within 90 days of purchase
with a full refund provided. Cosmetic damage or broken parts are not covered. Please notify us by sending
a message before returning the item. Buyer pays return postage fee.
