I have a wealth of experience of Karcher products built up over many years and if you are unsure of compatibility or if an item is suitable then please just ask and send a photo of your old item/unit along with model/part number and I will get back to you. Following these steps will ensure that the item is suitable for your needs and/or compatible with existing equipment. Like I said, I am a small independent seller and returns for items purchased error by buyers hit us very hard financially with liability for initial postage costs, not to mention original packaging, restocking costs and the time involved accepting back returns. From experience It is much better to make the correct decision at the time of purchase, this keeps everyone happy and prices as competitive as possible.

In order to keep items as competitively priced as possible not all items come in original Karcher packaging, this is because they may be sourced from multi packs or purchased in bulk. Wherever possible units will be sent in their original box or original packaging. Please note, I do not sell copies or non-genuine items.

POSTAGE/DISPATCH

I aim to dispatch all items within 24 hours of purchase. Items purchased after 5pm are unlikely to be sent the next day. Collection and delivery does not usually take place from drop off over the weekend. Dispatch of smaller parcels is with Hermes Tracked or alternatively Royal Mail for light/small items or deliveries to Ireland and outer regions of the UK.  Tracking reference number will be updated after dispatch.  As I hope you can appreciate, delivery times are out of my control. In the current environment unavoidable delays do happen and I would ask in these cases that you please bear with me. If your item has not arrived within a reasonable time period I would appreciate it if you would please contact me first before raising a dispute with ebay.
