This is an original RO-109-1A swirly bokeh projection lens. 50mm f/1.2. 

You can adapt it to mirrorless digital cameras with proper parts.

This one has some pollution inside on one of the glass surfaces, needs cleaning. 

Other glass elements are in great condition, no scratches or mold.
