Instructions:

1. Instructions:

1. Blow up (with Air) the 4 small red balloons tie together in pairs and the knot the 2 pairs together by folding the balloons over each other.

2. Repeat with the Bigger Blue balloons as above.

3. Place the red balloons on top of the blue balloons, use the longer balloon provided (not inflated) and tie the 4 sets of balloons together. (or you can use string if you wish instead of the balloon.

4. Inflate the walker balloon with helium.

5. Tie the last longer balloon to the bottom of the walker balloon and tie around the 8 red and blue balloons to keep them all together. 

The items comes as balloon only. It does not include a straw or string.
