From Verde Veronica this very beautiful beige flowers on black silk and black flowers on beige silk, printed silk string double string sided thong, Style MOD S. SP32 COL 00245, is a low rise hipster thong trimmed across the top of the front and back with fine black lace. Each thong is different as each one is made from a different section of the printed silk, no two thongs are the same.
The front has a V shaped printed floral silk panel down over the outside of the gusset to the back gusset seam with a band of black lace rising over the top of the front panel finishing with soft waves with an eyelash finish against the skin. The back thong stem runs from the back waistband down to the back gusset seam and there is a similar black band of lace at the top of the back. Both the front and back lace has a narrow band of black elastic inside the lace to stop the waves from curling and to help it stay in the correct place as it acts as the waistband as well.
The front leg sides have the silk turned inside and secured with fine black zig-zag stitching and this continues around the gusset and up the back of the thong stem. The gusset of the thong is lined with black Jersey cotton. The double string sides are in elasticated black oval strands and are sewn inside the top edges of the front lace panel and inside the top edges of the lace panel at the top of the back thong stem.
The fabric is 90%Silk 5%Elastane 5%Cotton and this should be hand washed at 30 degrees, no iron, dry cleaning, tumble drying or bleach. New and unused. Styled in Italy. The retail price was £26.50. The matching shorts are listed separately.
