mouth closed, measure the distance between the bridge of your
nose and the bottom of your chin:
If it measures less than 12 cm (4.7in), choose size S/M; If it
measures more than 12 cm (4.7in), choose size L/XL

Wearing Tips:
1. To assemble the breathing tube head into the top of the mask,
make sure that it's fastened.
2. Completely loosen both sides of the end headband. Lift the
headband and rest your chin into the bottom of the
mask.3. Pull the headband and wear on the back of your head. The mask
will press against the face and should fit snugly.
4. Tighten the bottom of the headband tightly and keep both
sides same. Make sure the seal occurred properly.
Note:
