This item shows overall wear including scratches, discoloration, surface rust, much of the original paint is missing, and the ashtray is missing.  The center post is cast iron and the base, finial piece, and top frame are white metal.  This item measures approximately 8.25” x 8.25” x 28” at its largest dimensions, the upper frame measures approximately 1.75” x 8.75” x 4.75”, the finial piece measures approximately 1” x 1.75” x 3”.  Please see pictures for more details.
