This is a signed first edition in good condition.  It was published by Bloomsbury in 1987.

'A mystery starting with the murder of an attractive woman during heated local elections and a chief deputy prosecuting attorney who is charged with solving the murder and then finds himself accused of it.'

Condition:

Book - Good - minor rubbing/bumping/wear to the corners and edges, a spine lean, opens quite easily to a couple of pages, slight marking and discolouration to the page edges and tanning to the pages.  There is a printing fault causing several pages to still be joined together (please see picture).

Dust Jacket - Good - rubbing/bumping/wear to the corners and edges and marking, scratches, discolouration and creasing.

The DJ is not price clipped.

The DJ is in a protective plastic sleeve (non-adhesive).
