Shipping & Returns

We always have ease of use for our customers in mind, so we made our shipping, returns and refunds as simple as we can. 

  • Shipping & Deliveries:
    All orders are packed and dispatched within 1 business day. We ship wth Australia Post, Couriers Please, Aramex & other couriers as appropriate at the time of booking. We are unable to guarantee which courier we will choose at the time of placing your order. Shipping rates are $6 for the first item, then $0.50 for each additional item. PO Boxes are acceptable for small orders, due to package dimensions for larger orders we may be unable to deliver to a PO box. We will be in contact if this is the case.     All orders are trackable when booked in with tracking code updated in Ebay.
  • Items Damaged In Transit:
    On rare occasions our packages can become damaged while in transit. All our packages are insured with our courier, so if you receive a damaged package please get in contact with us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged package. We will be in touch to organise a replacement at no cost to you.
  • Change of mind returns:
    We want you to be happy with your archive box purchase! We accept change of mind returns up until 30 days from the date of delivery. The customer is required to cover the cost of return shipping. A refund of the original product purchase price will be refunded once the product has been received in a saleable condition. Please get in touch with us to get the returns process underway.
