  • Payments : All payments should be received within 7 days of purchase. All amounts are in US funds.

  • Overseas buyers: : Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility, and are normally collected by your local Customs Offices, when you receive the item: do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. Please check with your country's Customs Office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to buying.

  • Shipping: : Standard free shipping is by Airmail Small Packet [or First Class Letter Post for light, thin parcels]. There is no tracking on such orders, due to its high expense from Canada Post.
If you want tracking, choose Economy Shipping, which adds tracking to the shipping, or Expedited Shipping which adds tracking and insurance, and is claimed to be a faster delivery service.
For the two services which DO provide tracking, contact us if you wish more than one item, as there MAY POSSIBLY be shipping savings on multiple book orders.
We usually ship within 24 hours, from Canada. Delivery to the US is usually within 5 to 20 working days, depending on how much the pandemic has delayed delivery.

  • Returns: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of the item.

  • We try to describe our items carefully and completely. Occasionally we do make mistakes, or books may have deteriorated due to handling, shelfwear, etc., since we graded them, so please contact us if you're unhappy with your purchase. Perhaps we can make an adjustment to eliminate the need to return the item.

  • Sometimes you realize you don't want a book once you receive it, or find you already have it under another title. We accept such discretionary returns within reason, at your own expense. There is a reduction from your refund on such items, if the original purchase included free shipping, to cover the original shipping cost and materials.
