Shipping - We ship 99.9% of items by the next business day. We cannot ship items on Saturday or Sunday. If you get your orders in by 2pm EST Friday we can get it out before the weekend. We cannot ship UPS to PO Boxes. And we ship most items via USPS and offer several shipping methods to suite your needs. for International purchases please contact us for a shipping quote before making your purchase. 

International Buyers – Please Note:

  • Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
  • Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.

  • We won't under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms. Doing that is against U.S. and international laws.
Returns/Warranty - We only sell Brand New items from the manufacturer most items come with a manufacturers warranty. Problems with items under warranty must be dealt with through the manufacturer, We can assist you in contacting them. However we are not able to service warranties. For all other items we can accept returns on unopened/unused products if you purchase by mistake; You must contact us within 3 days of receipt for a return to be accepted. We cannot refund shipping nor can we pay return shipping. In the case of a defective item not covered by a warranty you must contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will correct the issue for you in the form of an exchange for the same item or refund if another item is not available. We cannot accept returns for buyer remorse.
