This item slipped through the cracks, and never got sold...so this is NOS. ( New Old Stock ) I am very familiar with with STILL SEALED, or the SS...as I like to buy these types of Records for my own collection!...plus, I worked ( Store Manager ) at the store, and backing this one is the real deal from the factory STILL SEALED...and will Sell this Record as **NEW**! OUTER SLEEVE JACKET COVER GRADE: NEAR MINT MINUS (NM-). Has three minor breaks in factory cellophane shrink wrap, which can be seen in up close pictures. Front cover side, lower right corner has about one inch break, with slight corner shelf wear. Back cover side, upper left corner about a 1/2 inch break, with slight corner shelf wear. Barely worth mentioning, but will. Front top upper center left, a 3/16th of a inch break. (Above the 'H' in Heart) VINYL RECORD LP DISC GRADE: NEVER OPENED. NEVER PLAYED. RECORD IS ASSUMED TO BE MINT (M) ! Factory shrink wrap remains taut, as should be. Factory breath hole is present, as should be. One located on front cover, 1/2 inch outside top left of picture of couple on the beach. Colors and print remain bright and perfect! Looks of new. GONNA BE HARD TO FIND A BETTER COPY THEN THIS ONE!!
