This listing is for a dappled grey WIA Sharif, sculpted by Brigitte Eberl.  He measures 4.7x3.9 inches and is considered 1:18 scale.  Models are new, but may have some minor imperfections (I weed out any serious flaws).  The model in the pictures is an example of what you will be getting.
