Flock(CDF):
Flock heat transfer flex is a suede-like velvet touch flex. It is high quality 0.5mm rayon flock and it comes with high density hot-melt at the back of the flex which enables the flex to be attached on the garments appropriately. Our Flock is used for logos, numbers and letters on the T-shirts or sportswear and due to its special features, small and tiny designs are easily workable on the flex. It is excellent for cutting and weeding so it provides user friendly environment.
How to use:
1.Design an image you want by using computer design software.
2.Using a plotter machine ,cut it in mirror image.
3.Weed the useless film around the image.
4.Place the front image in the place where you want to transfer on the garment.
5.Set a heat press machine from 150℃(302℉) to 160℃ (320℉).
6.Press it only for 5-15 seconds at medium pressure.
7.When it is warm, remove the polyester backing film.
Tips for washing htv t-shirts:
Do not dry clean
Turn clothes inside out
Wash with cold or warm water
Use mild detergent
